What size are your Christmas trees? + -
Measured from the base of their pots, our shortest trees are approximately 1.1m high and our tallest trees are around 1.8m high. You can view the average size of each tree on their product page.
Do the larger trees cost more? + -
No – they’re all the same price! ($180 each).
Are your trees toxic? + -
No, our Christmas trees are not toxic to people or animals.
Are they all pine trees? + -
Our tree variations are mainly Firs and Spruces.
Are the trees scented like normal Christmas Trees? + -
The usual Christmas trees we put inside are pine trees. Potted's Christmas trees are mainly Firs and Spruces, which have a totally different and more subtle fragrance. The cut-down pine trees are more scented as they are oozing sap after being cut.
How much do they grow each year? + -
Approximately 3cm to 10cm each year.
What are your shipping options? + -
Our Christmas trees are too large and spikey to send via a courier, so we must freight them. Shipping costs vary and can be viewed here.
Do I need a trailer? Is my car boot ok to pick up my tree? + -
No trailer needed - an SUV car boot is usually sufficient.
Is it best for me to head straight home after picking up my tree? + -
Yes! When transporting your tree in a car, remember that it is a living thing and can't be left in a stationary vehicle for a sustained period of time as the heat will scorch the leaves and could and even kill it.
Do I need to do anything in particular when my tree arrives? + -
Give your tree a big drink of water when it arrives.
How long can I keep my tree inside for? + -
No longer than three weeks at a time.
Where is the best place to put my tree when I bring it inside? + -
Avoid placing your tree near glass windows or areas where the sun beams in as the heat will scorch its leaves.
What is the number one rule for looking after my tree? + -
Regular watering is essential.
Are they easy to care for throughout the year? + -

No, your tree can stay in the same pot for years.
